Welcome! The CABOOSE philosophy is an approach for rapid application development with Oracle's JAVA Enterprise Edition, Microsoft's .NET platform, and the LAMP technologies. By leaning on the power of dynamic invocation and providing a better partitioning of the standard concerns governing the development of web applications with the Type-II Model-View-Controller architecture, the CABOOSE rationale is simple. It allows for a natural parallelization of the development tasks within the front-end storyboard, middle-tier logic, and back-end entity classes.

        For the JAVA Enterprise Edition, it currently provides a pre-written controller for use as a general-purpose, extensible servlet or ViewEngine which one can use with Oracle's MVC 1.0, Ozark. Products for the .NET and LAMP platforms will be available in upcoming quarters.
